After 15 years, he unwillingly marries Sravani, unaware that his life changes forever. Sravani endures everything of her alcoholic husband in a complex relationship journey and helps him heal. Although a familiar story in Telugu movies, the narrative is engaging that tugs our heartstrings. Exploring love in all its forms, Majili touches on love, pain and everything in between.
Director Shiva Nirvana brings yet another slice of life drama after Ninnu Kori that revolves around married couple and highlights marriage. He chooses cricket to swing back and forth that portray Poorna's life. Naga Chaitanya delivers the best performance of his career with subtle and maturity. Divyansha Kaushik is perfect in her role as a modern girl in love with Poorna. Samantha steals the show with yet another excellent performance and carries the second half. Vishnu Sarma’s cinematography is beautiful and oscillates between times. Gopi Sundar music transports us to a different world of pain and love.
